Project Coordinator

Sproing Creative is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Project Coordinator to join our growing and dynamic creative team. If you have customer service, marketing experience and enjoy working in an upbeat and savvy environment, then this is the place for you… oh and a passion for all things marketing is a must! Please note this is an on-site and full-time position located in Vernon, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge and lead contact between the client and our agency.
  • Maintain and grow our existing relationships with clients or a group of clients, so that they will continue using the company for business.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our marketing services and solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Keep the team and the client up to date with useful, current and relevant information related to marketing initiatives, technologies and strategies.
  • Constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.
  • Customer service - immediately responsive to customer needs (via online, phone calls and face to face) ensure customers concerns and needs are communicated to appropriate team members

Duties

  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Lead the preparation of client communication briefs and or proposals.
  • Present proposals and budgets for clients.
  • Assist with managing client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving.
  • Working with our internal team to ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these from clients.
  • Assist with client billing and invoicing - if required
  • Participating in meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
  • Assist with customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Coordinating and gathering necessary content and feedback on content from clients for various Sproing projects.
  • Maintain an average of 65% of time tracked being work on billable client-related projects
  • Overseeing client asset/content management
  • Invoicing Support (as needed)
  • Acquiring client Login and transfer Info
  • Participating in Understanding Your Audience (UYA) clients meetings and reports
  • Producing and overseeing the proposal process
  • Leading project kick-off meetings - internal and external
  • Overall task and project management
  • Conducting team project meetings
  • Managing content deadlines
  • Assist with forecast and track key account metrics - when required

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related program
  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing agency would be an asset but not required.

Photo & Video Production Assistant

Sproing Creative is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Photo & Video Production Assistant to join our growing and dynamic creative team. If you have a passion for Photography and Video, dealing with people, and enjoy working in an upbeat and savvy environment, then this is the place for you!

As a photo & video production assistant, you are in charge of coordinating all department projects, production shoots, and managing photo assignments. Additionally, you would be responsible for selecting, editing, and positioning photos for print publications, digital marketing, social media and on the web. This is a dynamic job that requires excellent visual, communication, and organizational skills, as well as strong adherence to design standards, deadlines and customer service promises.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the photo team members to identify photography needs
  • Assign projects to photographers and keep track of the deadlines
  • Review photos, edit and make necessary changes
  • Decide which images to publish
  • Ensure all assignments are shot and edited on time for publication and communications
  • Manipulate photos to achieve the highest quality using the appropriate tools
  • Ensure all photo equipment is used properly and order supplies as needed
  • Liaise with editors, photographers. videographers and advertising reps and advise on future projects
  • Stay up to date with new image editing technologies

Duties

  • Edit and retouch photos
  • Coordinator all aspects of all photo and video production shoots and projects
  • Assisting with photo and video shoot - acting as an assistant when needs
  • Schedule team and contracted professionals

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a photo editor and project coordinator
  • Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g. Photoshop, Pixlr and Affinity Photo)
  • Strong photo editing skills and an excellent portfolio
  • Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, studio management and colour composition
  • A creative mind with an eye for detail
  • Time-management and leadership skills
  • BSc degree in photography, visual arts, digital media or related field - preferred

Digital Marketing Service Coordinator

Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing/Operations Manager

Sproing Creative is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Digital Marketing Services Coordinator to join our growing and dynamic creative team. You will assist in the creation of marketing strategies, implementation of those strategies as well as being responsible for measuring and reporting on the results for our internal marketing as well as our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service - immediately responsive to customer needs (via online and phone calls) ensure customers’ concerns and needs are communicated to appropriate team members.
  • Monitor all projects and report to the marketing and project managers on items such as: 
  • Project budgets
  • Project schedules
  • Follow developed internal social media and online digital advertising processes
  • Quality control of social media programs, posts and online digital advertisements
  • Develop content for digital advertisements
  • Assist in the development of content for client websites, social media platforms and implementation of communication plans for clients and internally for Sproing.
  • Working with internal Graphic Designers to have all imagery regularly updated within applicable brand standards
  • Managing online company listings for Sproing Creative and Sproing Creative customers
  • Develop market research plans and implement and report on results

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related program
  • Strong communication and written skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content development would be an asset but not required
