From establishing vision and mission statements to website and branding strategy, we led the Family Resource Centre down a path of self-discovery.
Once the strategic direction was established, our creative team was assigned to review the existing brand identity, implement changes and develop a new set of brand standards. This was an exciting opportunity to create a fresh creative direction for the Family Resource Centre brand to visually unify their communications, connect with their target market, and ultimately achieve their marketing goals.
Business Goals
Family Resource Centre is a non-profit agency dedicated to providing affordable counselling and support programs to children, individuals and families in the North Okanagan. Today, they provide counselling and support group services to nearly 1,300 children, teenagers, adults, couples, parents, and families every year.
Mission
Family Resource Centre first came to Sproing after a referral from The Upper Room Mission. They admired the website we created for this not-for-profit organization and decided it was time for a refresh.
Results
After conversations between our strategy team, Scott Manjak (Executive Director) and other key staff members, the Family Resource Centre went down a path of self-discovery for the first time in 25 years. Along with a custom website solution, Sproing provided business strategy support to help pave the way for a continuous, successful future. The strategy and planning process before the website build was of high value to this client.
